The Christmas Parade attracts over tens of thousands of spectators, approximately 100 entries, 5000 participants, and more than 4500 volunteers.

Effective June 1, 2015 until Christmas, all Gold Star Retailers will be open for at least the following hours: Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm; Thursday and Friday 10 am to 9 pm; Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and expect significant delays.
