The 2003 Downtown Christmas Parade was a great success! Newfoundland Power collected over 10,000 pounds of food for the Community Food Sharing Association. Over $2,800.00 in loonies and twoonies was also collected which will be matched by Scotia Bank. Securicor, another Downtown company, also presented the Community Food Sharing Association with a $500.00 donation.
