Please be advised that starting Tuesday, May 4 Harbour Drive from Cliff Bairds Cove east to Water Street/Prescott Street will be one way east bound for six weeks. This is necessary to complete the installation of underground piping and street grading work for our Combined Sewer Overflow structure.
