Public Meeting Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, 4th floor, St. John's City Hall.
The purpose of the public meeting is to provide an opportunity for public review and comment regarding an application submitted by Nolan Hall Real Estate Ltd. to construct a condominium hotel on the former Powers Salvage site located on the east side of Temperance Street.
As information, the application site on Temperance Street is zoned as Commercial Central Mixed Use (CCM). This zone allows a hotel as a Permitted Use.
