Visitors GuideThere will be a special briefing for business owners/managers in the downtown area to outline the City of St. John’s Traffic Management Plan for the Harbour Interceptor Sewer Construction Project. The presentation will take place in the E.B. Foran Room, St. John’s City Hall, on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 9:30 a.m.
Officials from the Engineering Department will outline how traffic along Harbour Drive will be impacted by the construction of the Harbour Interceptor Sewer (HIS) and how the City plans to manage traffic flow during the construction period.
The Harbour Interceptor Sewer(HIS) is an important component of the St. John’s Harbour Clean-up Project. The total HIS project will cover approximately 2 km. from Temperance Street to Jobs Bridge Crossing.
