Downtown Welcomes newest addition C'est moi

Located at 188 Water Street in the Byron's Clothing building, C'est moi is the newest addition to the downtown retail sector. Managing Director Sandi Callahan shares the building with Byron's Clothing for Men as Byron moves upstairs and makes room for C'est moi and its selection of fashions, cosmetics and accessories for women.
